Rates for POS audit work

Starting rates and estimate factors for financial audit of point-of-sale applications — quote-based for multi-outlet scopes.

Pricing follows the shape of the engagement. A two-till boutique and a twelve-outlet café brand do not share a single fixed fee. The ranges below help you budget before a scoping call; every proposal confirms inclusions in writing.

Starting ranges (THB, exclusive of VAT)

EngagementTypical starting pointWhat moves the fee
Cash control walkthroughFrom 18,000 per visit dayEvening/weekend peaks, travel beyond Chon Buri
Transaction reconciliation reviewFrom 45,000 per periodLength of sample window, quality of exports
Full financial audit of POS applicationsFrom 95,000 per engagementOutlet count, till count, parallel POS brands

Estimate factors we ask about

  • Number of outlets and active tills
  • POS application brand and whether versions differ by site
  • Cash share of tender (higher cash usually means more observation time)
  • Whether card settlement files arrive daily or in weekly batches
  • Language needs for floor interviews
  • Urgency relative to high season in Pattaya

Deposits and billing

A 40% deposit reserves the observation calendar. The balance is due on delivery of the final report (or on completion of the walkthrough memo for shorter visits). Informational rates only — there is no online checkout on this site.

What we do not sell

Monthly software subscriptions, “starter/pro/enterprise” product tiers, or prepaid audit credits. If you need recurring reconciliation support after a full audit, we quote that as a separate retainer with a clear monthly hour cap.

Next step

Request a scoping call with outlet count and POS name. We return a fee band within two business days.
