Acceptance

By accessing https://datalayer-hub.digital or commissioning services from Data Layer Hub (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or engage our audit services.

Services described

Pages describing financial audit of point-of-sale applications, walkthroughs, and reconciliation reviews are informational. A binding engagement exists only when both parties sign a proposal or engagement letter stating scope, fees, and dates.

No professional guarantee of detection

Our work identifies control gaps and sample exceptions. It does not guarantee discovery of all fraud, error, or misconfiguration in a point-of-sale application. Findings reflect the period, access, and outlets agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Website copy, report templates, and checklists remain our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use final reports internally for your business. You may not resell our reports or reproduce site content for commercial publication without written consent.

Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, lawful access to premises and reports, and a sponsor authorised to make decisions. You are responsible for decisions made after receiving our findings, including employment actions.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of this website or from audit engagements, except where liability cannot be limited by law. Our aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.

Website use

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it aggressively, or present our materials as your own. Content is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted availability.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Chon Buri Province (or another competent Thai court) shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagements, unless a signed engagement letter specifies otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised date on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
